American Soybean Association

The American Soybean Association (ASA) represents U.S. soybean farmers on domestic and international policy issues important to the soybean industry. ASA has 26 affiliated state associations representing 30 soybean-producing states and more than 300,000 soybean farmers.

United Soybean Board

The 78 farmer-directors of USB oversee the investments of the soy checkoff to maximize profit opportunities for all U.S. soybean farmers. These volunteers invest and leverage checkoff funds to build preference for U.S. soy by addressing and meeting end-users’ needs, specifically in the areas of meal, oil and sustainability.

US Soybean Export Council

Through a global network of international offices and strong support in the U.S., the US Soybean Export Council helps build a preference for U.S. soybeans and soybean products, advocate for the use of soy in feed, aquaculture and human consumption, promote the benefits of soy use through education, and connect industry leaders through a robust membership program.

Animal Agriculture

Animal agriculture is U.S. soy’s No. 1 customer, at home and abroad, and both industries rely on this strong relationship. Though soy meal faces competition from alternative feed ingredients and other countries that are producing more and more soybeans each year, the checkoff works hard to protect U.S. soy’s share of the animal feed market.

Aquaculture with Soy

Global demand for seafood is growing at an unprecedented rate. By 2030, an additional 41 million tons of fish per year will be needed to maintain current levels of seafood consumption. Aquaculture is the solution and soy-based feed is the most sustainable and healthful alternative to traditional fish-based aquafeeds.

CommonGround

With so many food choices available, the farmers of CommonGround want to serve as a resource to educate families about food and farming. Get to know some of the farmers who raise food in your state.

QUALISOY

QUALISOY is an independent, third-party collaboration that promotes the development of and builds the market for the latest soybean traits. QUALISOY partners with the entire U.S. soy value chain, from seed companies to food manufacturers and animal feed producers, to create trait-enhanced soybean oils and meal that offer desirable traits, such as improved nutrition and functionality. QUALISOY is guided by representatives from all sectors of the soybean industry.
